To add more dictionary, you can download here (all supported language of Lingoes).
After, download, you'll have a file *.ld2, you open Lingoes, go to Directory Options, tab Installed Dictionariesclick Install and choose *.ld2 to install more dictionary.
When asked, you can check Add To Cursor Translator Group to add this dictinary to click and see.
