Tên lửa (hoặc đạn lửa) làm tan rã hàng ngũ đối phương rất nhanh, nhưng cũng mau hết! Cần biết khi nào dùng và không nên dùng.
Không nên gây hấn với nhiều địch thủ cùng lúc vì sẽ tạo thế nguy hiểm ở mọi mặt. Nên tập trung vào một mục tiêu duy nhất và tìm cách dứt điểm trước khi chuyển sang một mục tiêu khác.

Với số lượng tướng quân có giới hạn, nên phân bố hợp lý và khôn ngoan nhất là cai trị theo cụm: cứ một cụm ba hoặc bốn thành phố, chọn thành phố trung tâm thịnh vượng và ổn định nhất để đặt người cai quản; những thành phố vệ tinh thì để chế độ tự động quản lý. Tướng có kỹ năng quân sự không nên quản thành phố và ngược lại.
Một thành phố bố trí 5 đạo quân đồn trú để hạn chế nổi loạn.
Khi để chế độ tự động quản lý, máy thường “khoái” tạo ra những đạo quân thừa và chúng sẽ “ngốn” ngân sách của bạn. Bạn có thể bỏ hai tùy chọn: Construction (xây dựng) và Recruitment (tạo quân), để trực tiếp can thiệp nhưng vẫn giữ chế độ Automanage.
Có ba hướng (bị động hoặc chủ động) để có được các tướng quân: Bị động - Thành viên có sẵn của gia đình; Gả con gái. Chủ động - Một đội quân không do tướng quân chỉ huy, khi thắng nhiều trận sẽ có đề nghị có tướng quân và trở thành một thành viên của gia đình.giọng hát thánh thót của các thiên thần, làm cho người chơi có cảm giác lâng lâng như đang ở trong vườn địa đàng (bài nhạc hay nhất của game thuộc phần Credit).
